We’re hiring in Fresno, CA and Memphis, TN and we want to tell you about it!
Join us for a virtual information session to learn about entry-level customer support positions exclusively for these three service centers. You’ll learn the day-to-day duties, the experience and/or education needed to qualify, tips on how to write an effective federal resume. We’ll have a Q&A session where you can engage directly with IRS employees and hiring staff. We encourage you to attend before you apply!
You’ll also learn when and where we will be hosting an in-person hiring event for those that apply. Your application package will be reviewed, and if qualified, you'll be able to attend the hiring event to receive a tentative job offer and complete several pre-employment steps including fingerprinting.
